Our Founding

PM Harbour was founded by recognizing a broken system in the construction and fabrication industries. The founder observed that small and medium-sized companies faced challenges in affording and retaining top-end project management talent on a full-time basis, resulting in difficulties in successfully delivering complex contracts. This problem had a ripple effect on large engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. Simultaneously, the same system exploited project managers, subjecting them to burnout and frustration due to the overwhelming demands of large and complex EPC projects. With a clear understanding of these issues, the founder established PM Harbour to address the dual problems faced by both small and medium-sized companies and overworked project managers. The company aimed to provide affordable access to high-quality project management talent while offering a healthier work-life harmony for project managers, thus improving overall project outcomes and the well-being of industry professionals.
